and the above has been constantly verified by actual tests. Before these tests were done, I often felt a sense of iadequacy that I didnt seem to experience that up-tick in productivity that the “multi-taskers” claimed. Often they claim that “I’m just made that way”; “it’s how I roll”. Studies on precisely those people proved otherwiase.
