I installed the latest beta with the Lists feature yesterday. Also, I tweeted an intial problem I was having seeing the lists that I had already added via the twitter.com interface. I am presently running both Seesmic and Tweetdeck on my netbook.
My favorite Twitter client is now Seesmic Web, which supports lists now (and other new Twitter features like Geolocation). The other day I interviewed the Seesmic team about these new features and the video is very telling.
